A: No. I charge SGD 800 for a 2-hour paid consultation (residential). This ensures we dive deep into your family’s story, heritage, and needs without rushing. The fee is fully credited to your project if you proceed (minimum project budget: SGD 80,000).

A: Yes. I specialise in transforming older HDB flats into refined, modern sanctuaries with better spatial flow for your family’s daily movement and a clear identity that reflects your heritage.

Q: What areas do you serve?
A: Singapore-wide. I offer in-person consultations (to feel the space and light) or virtual sessions for busy schedules.

A: The 2-hour consultation is exactly for this. We talk about your heirlooms, story, likes/dislikes, and I show you how my systematic process (Conversation → Vision → Concept → Build) works.
